Delivery within New Zealand
There is a handling charge of $4.00 per order in addition to the purchase price. Normally products are sent within 24 hours once the order is confirmed and payment received. If in the rare circumstance we are unable to deliver the product to you within ten days we will contact you via the phone number or email address you supply us to let you know when your order will be delivered.
Delivery Overseas
Overseas orders will be sent via registered post. An additional fee will apply – this varies from country to country. Delivery costs will be quoted in NZ dollars at the time you order.

We are proud to guarantee all of our products. If an item is faulty we are happy to give you a replacement providing you return it to us within 10 days. You must enclose the invoice and a note explaining the fault. We regret we are unable to offer cash refunds on CDs if they are not faulty.
We recommend using registered post, as The Eardrops Company does not accept any liability for returns that do not reach us.
